After scurrying around in desperate mode in my job search, I landed an interview for a commercial customer service job. Not my ideal gig, but I think I could do a good job. I’ve been following up on previous applications and applying my tail off through every company and job search site that I can.
The hustle is good, but if I had started at this pace, I would probably have a job by now. I’m not eager to go back to the corporate world, but beggars can’t be choosers. Besides, I intend to keep pursuing my desired jobs on the side (especially since my interview is not a guaranteed hire), and I am still writing.
In regards to writing though, I need a higher-reward client. Two that I have are low-paying, while the third pays *decently* but the articles are a lot of work and payment takes awhile to be approved.
