I’m not the best at keeping up with my appearance. I do in my own way, but my style is low maintenance.
It’s a big deal to me when I take the time and effort to schedule and pay for a haircut. Then there’s the annoyance of where to go. Great clips has burned me more than once but it remains the most affordable. The sheer headache of dealing with where to go, combined with lack of funds for fancier salons, usually has me holding out on haircuts…until I crack and go to great clips and regret it of course.
I tried a hair school this time and paid $16 total, including tip, for a cut and style. I’d say it was worth it.
Also, I’m killing it with my budgeting and bill paying. But that’s just a side note. 😉
